Creating a loving home

Most of us want to create loving homes.

What does it take to do this?

Simplicity

A home that's simple that includes space for people to relax, put their feet up, and find some peace is the kind of home that lends itself to loving relationships.

No judgement

A place where people are free to be who they are without judgement and with support, curiosity and respect is a loving home.

Listening

A home where people are ready and willing to listen to your stories, hear your tales, and be apart of your life is a loving home.

Silence

A place where you don't have to share all, answer every question, or live up to other people's ideas of good living is also a loving home.

Support

A place that you can return to no matter how greater your struggles or needs are--a place where you know that they want the best for you and will do what they can to support that is a loving home.

Comfort

A loving home is a clean, comfortable place to be where no one person, activity, or event takes over. There is room for you to be yourself comfortably in a loving home.

Inspiring

A loving home can be very simple, but often includes objects or words that make the home beautiful, welcoming, and inspiring.

What if one of the main objectives of our country was to provide everyone with a loving home, what would we do to make that come true? What supports would we put in place?

Loving homes give us great strength and capacity to do good for ourselves and others? How will you create a loving home where you live?
