The stage you set

Too often we don't give enough time and attention to the stages we set in our lives and work. By neglecting stage setting, we don't give ourselves the chance to achieve what is possible. For example, if you want to be a healthy person and your cabinets are filled with junk food, your stage is not setting you up for health succes.

When you make the time to set a stage for success, your chances of living a good life greatly increase. How can you work towards an optimal life stage? What can you do?

First, acknowledge the goals you have and direction you've set. How does your living environment, your stage, support those goals and that direction?

Then, make a plan to improve your stage which includes the places, people, and routines in your life.

After that get to work, follow your plan, and assess along the way to see if you are living a life that is meaningful and positive for you.

The stages we set make a significant difference when it comes to living a good life--with this in mind, what will you do?
