Holiday Planning and Preparation

Christmas 2016

There's less than a week until the festivities start and there's lots of planning and prep to come.

Where should I start?

The tree and decorations are up.

Most gifts are wrapped yet there are a few more to find and purchase.

There's some cleaning to do: Sean's room, the fridge, other rooms.

And shopping and cooking: a ham, bread, potatoes, carrots, a Christmas Tree cake, appetizers.

Then the celebrations: time to say hello and exchange conversation with all, time to serve and entertain those I love, and time to play and have fun.

The holidays give us focus and make sure that we do carve out special times for those we love. Good planning and preparations that keep the focus of love, family, and friendship help to make the events special and memorable.
