It took me some time to come up with an effective to do list, but now I have one. Here's how I create it.
First, I begin with a look at the events to come and present expectations, then I list all the work I need to do related to those events in sections related to dates the work must be done.
After that, I refer to that list regularly and match my energy and time to the task I'm ready to complete at that time. This helps me to have good energy for tasks and ensures that most work is done in time for a good review or revision if needed.
Today I'll update that list for the days to come.
