Toys
I washed the toys and prepped the toy baskets to give the little ones who visit opportunity for play.
Tables
We'll set a number of tables to give our loved ones places to relax together, enjoy the meal, and share stories.
Food
Everyone is contributing to the meal which will be a mix of traditional Thanksgiving foods and new foods and recipes. There will be something for everyone.
Welcoming Home
We're moving items around to make as much open and cozy space as possible to welcome our guests.
Gifts
There's a few birthdays to celebrate too so we'll make a cake and wrap a few gifts.
Cheer
We'll leave the sad stories, complaints, and differences behind to enjoy a day of cheer.
Games
There will be an opportunity to play games outside and inside, and a space to watch the Thanksgiving ball games too.
Quiet
There will be spaces for baby naps, phone calls, and other quiet needs.
Drinks
A space for soft drinks and others will be set up. There will be lots of choices.
