Whose on your family team--who are those close family members that you spend your most important days with?
Today I'm thinking about the family team as we prepare for a family celebration. I'm looking forward to spending time with family members to celebrate someone close to us.
As usual the celebration will include good food, a welcoming home, storytelling, and updating each other on our life's events. Essentially we'll spend some quality time together.
The older I get, the more I value the family team--they're the people you look to for wisdom, support, cheer, and good times. Our family members look to us too, and when we can be there for them, it brings us great satisfaction.
