We all live in various societal realms. Some of us are large on the big screen and others are small, discrete, and barely noticed. No matter our size with regard to popularity or impact, we all play a part in this world we live in, and with regard to that part, we all have the choice to be a positive influence or not.

- take care of your own, make sure that those in your own family are well cared for and supported

- choose positive word and endeavor--work and endeavor that promotes positivity rather than negativity
- speak up about negative words and efforts, work against those negative efforts and words in ways that you ca
- take care of yourself so you have the positive energy and health to care for others
