We need a leader in the White House

President Trump is not a leader. He has clearly demonstrated that throughout his Presidency, and now, when thousands of American lives have been lost and more are endangered by the coronavirus pandemic, his lack of leadership skills has become even more dangerous and worrisome. He is a short-sighted, self serving man who acts impulsively and impatiently to elevate his ratings and wealth rather than look out for the welfare of the United States of America's people and environment.

Most of us have experienced the intelligence, compassion, and care of great leaders. Whether it be  family leaders, community leaders, political leaders, or organizational leaders, these people forge the paths that we follow. Great leaders inspire us, teach us, and help us develop our abilities and potential in ways that make us strong and capable. When we are led by intelligent, wise, and collaborative leaders, we are happy to do our part. These leaders engender a sense of peace, camaraderie, contribution, and care.

More than ever, the United States needs a leader in the White House. We cannot sustain another four years of Trump's self-serving ways. Trump is a man who appears to cower in White House corners tweeting out slanderous, hateful, and divisive tweets day after day rather than do his job and stay true to the oath he took to abide by the United States Constitution. Donald Trump is a man who praises himself for his ratings and his social media standings rather than attend to the great need for leadership during a crisis. Donald Trump is a person who persistently lies, name calls, belittles, and ignores vital intelligence. He is not a leader. We need a leader in the White House now!

Via months of Presidential debates, Joe Biden has risen to the top of this race. He is the leader that will free us from the Trump team's self-serving grasp. Joe Biden and the diverse team of best and brightest he chooses will work around the clock to analyze the destruction Trump caused. Then they will dissect the Trump team's destructive acts, target the USA's tremendous potential for good living in the modern world, and work with all of us to lead the USA ahead in ways that better lives and opportunities. I know this is true.

We need a leader in the White House. While so many governors, lawmakers, and other public servants are rising to fill the gap that the Trump team has created, this is not sustainable. We need a bright, intelligent, experienced, and dedicated leadership team in the White House as soon as possible, and I know that Joe Biden will heed this call as President of the United States in 2021. The Biden team brings hope and promise for a better future.
