Replacement Theory

Making replacements is a great way to make change.

I experienced that this morning when I turned a good conversation with a friend to a walk and talk. I know that's not news as many, many people walk and talk--it's a win-win because you're engaged in healthy physical activity and relationship building and maintaining too.

Many years back, I was successful with uplifting my life in a significant way, and the way I did that was by replacing a number of simple activities and routines with new practices.

In the days ahead, I want to think about using this process again--how can I replace some current not-so-positive events with future more-positive-events.

To replace old, less-positive routines with new, more-positive routines is a positive way to route your life in a good direction.
