In good hands

There's a sense of peace when people, places, and events you value are in good hands.

I retired this spring, and was happy to see that I was replaced with a bright, energized educator--my former position and the students are in good hands. There's a sense of satisfaction in that.

My children are choosing new jobs and engaging in loving relationships--so far, they're in good hands. May it continue.

My mom has my dad and my dad has my mom--they are fortunate to have each other, they're in good hands.

To be "in good hands" means that you're in a place where people care for you well. It's a place where you can grow and beome that person you want to be and meant to be.

I'll be thinking more about what it means to be "in good hands" in the days ahead, and hopefully contribute to that aim in life too. Onward.
