If you complete a tough task, you can coach someone else to do the same. Yet, if you can't complete a tough task yourself, you probably won't be able to coach others to achieve a tough task. When you commit yourself to the hard work, you learn what it takes to do that, and when you know what it takes, you are much more able to help others do the same.
How to achieve those tough tasks staring you in the face?
Choose a meaningful task
Make sure that you are choosing tasks that are meaningful to you, tasks that will elevate your life and the life of others.
