As I've noted time and again, President Trump is an oppressive leader who does not represent any of my values or the work I've contributed to throughout my life. I fear four more years of Trump leadership because he doesn't take the needs of most people seriously--Trump is a master manipulator who appears to gain his greatest inspiration from looking in the mirror and consulting his ego. In my opinion, Donal Trump is a danger and disaster for good people all over the world.
Yet, he has followers--people who run to his rallies, ignore science and congregate with close proximity and no masks during a pandemic. These same followers don't seem to care about Trump's passivity/hate rhetoric with regard to senseless gun use, racism, poverty, lack of health care, environmental demise, and lack of equity and quality in public schools. I can't imagine why people would follow a man whose life acts demonstrate lawlessness, bigotry, cheating, disrepect, and inciting violence. Those I know that follow Trump only care about their retirement accounts and their bigoted mindsets--these are people who look out for themselves today like Trump with no regard for a good future for ALL Americans or the planet.
Why would people elect a man that continuously lies all the time--a many who is focused on tricking people more than helping them. It simply doesn't make sense to me. How do people survive under such oppression and heinous leadership--what do they do?
I write, speak out, donate to, and vote for better leaders. I speak out against heinous leaders like Trump and his self-serving cronies and family members. I live a relatively simple life and try to help others too. I've cut ties with businesses and some people who are Trump supporters as I don't want to support anyone who backs Trump's heinous, lawless ways in any way.
I will continue to support those who speak out and work against Trump's lawless ways. I will represent my values in the way I live and the choices I make. Trump makes us feel small--that's part of his aim. He likes to have people beholding to him or cowering in his presence as that elevates his power and ability to manipulate us for his own gain. He is a dangerous man--a man who has brought our country down, down, down. I hope that people realize this, and I hope that people will make time to support good leaders--leaders that care about ALL of us.
