The Labor Day weekend was fun. The weather was perfect which helped. Activities included bike riding, walking, visits to local beaches, porch/driveway visits, and lots of farm-fresh delicious foods and homemade treats. For the most part, social distancing went well. There was one point where there were too many people at the beach--we avoided the groups, but, in the future, we have to avoid such crowds.
With worries about grave illness in the fall and winter, it's important to be safe in the days ahead. How will we do that?
It's more of the same including staying home, visiting with small groups at a distance outside, and outdoor adventures. We've done well overall avoiding this virus, it's not time now to get sloppy. Onward.
