 What's the just right pattern for good living for your life today?

What's that loose-tight arrangement that allows you to complete needed/desired tasks as well as leave room open for serendipity and surprise?

When you're on automatic, what's on your schedule?

I'm trying lots of different patterns as I embark on a new chapter in life. I'm noticing what routine elements are positive and what are ready for change. 

Some keepers include great morning coffee, awesome healthy meals, good games, great movies, time with loved ones, outdoor adventures, reading/research/writing, and household projects. 

I'm curious to see how this quest for the best possible loose-tight routine continues. Onward.
