Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka suffers the pandemic by buying herself a $30 million dollar plot of land in Florida while her dad, the President of the United States, golfs rather than do the hard work of making sure that the vaccine is distributed in a fair, efficient way. They are losers who have spent four years cheating the American people in everyway possible as they act with self-serving sloth, ignorance, and hate for the American people.
I, like many, harbor pandemic anger. I am angry at the Trump team since while they enjoy top-notch health care and tremendous wealth, many, many, many Americans suffer and too many die. I believe that many in the Trump team should be tried for crimes against humanity since they have not worked on behalf of the American people, but instead, worked against us mostly by taking care of themselves rather than work for our general welfare and good living.
What can we do with this anger?
First, we need new leadership, and thanks to the wisdom of many, Trump has only a few days left as President of the United States.
Next, we need to support the good leaders who are speaking out and acting on behalf of the people--leaders who are working to efficiently and fairly distribute the vaccine, leaders who are working to provide economic support to Americans who are suffering, and leaders who are looking to the future as to how to make us a strong, positive country for all.
And, we have to find ways to obstruct the kind of propaganda the Trump team uses all the time to increase their wealth and privilege while feeding their egos. They have been propaganda-masters to the detriment of too many in the United States. Trump stepped into office with a country in fairly good shape, and he's leaving as the greatest loser on the planet with a country in despair. His work demonstrates the demise that propaganda creates.
Then, we have to continue to look for the silver linings, and live in ways that keep us safe until we beat this pandemic. It has been a long, long time and so many of us are angry and tired of all the limitations and loss this pandemic has brought, but we can't let that take us down, we have to continue to stay strong and look forward. We have to aline ourselves with good leaders, the kind of leaders who have worked tirelessly to bring us forward during this tough time, and we have to do what we can to uplift others' lives as well. Onward.
