This photo brought me such joy yesterday. It is a picture of my mom and sister making a puzzle. Mom sleeps a lot these days. Her advanced age and several conditions make the extra sleep necessary. Mom also doesn't enjoy many of the activities she used to enjoy, so when I saw this picture of my mom engaged in an activity, and learned later of her joy with this puzzle making and visit, it brought me joy.
The picture also makes me think more about what we can do to bring ourselves and others joy.
