Some nights you have a sweet sleep. After those nights, you wake up energized and feeling good. When I have a night like that, I always wonder what it was that created such a wonderful rest. Was it the foods I hate? The entertainment prior to bed? The books I'm reading, people I spent time with that day, or what's on my mind?
There's a lot of research out there about sweet sleeps, and people often discuss their night's rest. Some, sadly, have a difficult time getting a good night's rest while others rarely struggle with that. It's amazing to think of how much time in life is simply spent sleeping--it's a vital part of all of our lives, and a life event we can all work to maximize and make sweet.
