It's that time of year when we're planning a few family reunions. Rather than costly, complex affairs, we're planning essentially meet-ups instead. We've named a public place, a date, and relative time, and said show up if you want to.
Will this work?
Time will tell if this more casual family reunion meet-up will work and how. But, given the size and diversity of our family, I think it might be the perfect solution. And, we can simply see how it goes and then next year, try again with a few revisions to make it even better.
