After a number of rather challenging weeks, this week was a lot lighter, better. The highlights included some great hikes with friends and family members, the empathetic, strong, and dedicated words of a good President, President Biden, the successful completion of a number of gnawing, not-so-fun tasks and jobs, the promising COVID-19 vaccine, and some very good sunshine too. It was a good week overall.
Next week brings with it more challenges and potential as we move a loved one from rehabilitation back home. I'm not sure what to expect, but with what we do know, we made some good preparation. We'll take this journey step-by-step with our loved one's comfort and care as a top priority.
There are a number of celebrations on the horizon too including get-aways in beautiful locations, birthday celebrations, Easter, and more. It's great fun to prepare and plan for these events. Onward.
