Accepting things the way they are

When you do everything within your power to support a situation and the problem still exists, you sometimes have to stop, take a break, and accept things the way they are until you are inspired to do something different or learn more about the situation.

It can be difficult to move to a stage of acceptance from a stage of betterment and change, but sometimes that is the right thing to do.

In the acceptance stage, we learn to live with conditions as they are and make the most of those conditions. Sometimes when you stop fighting, you are able to see and do in ways that you would not have imagined before; sometimes with acceptance comes a deeper, better quality of experience--one that you would not have imagined as you zealously worked for change.
