It must be difficult for athletes who are doing their part to see their sports teams fall apart because of issues beyond their control. I remember recently when a young athlete met with frustration about an issue like that. But when problems beyond your control occur on a team, the key is that you do your part. How can you do that?
First, identify your role.
Do what you believe to be true to your role, and communicate any questions or important information accordingly.
Revise as needed.
There is not much more you can do beyond that. Onward.
