Embracing a positive caretaking routine

 It has taken some time to establish a caretaking routine. Is it ideal? No, but it is the best we could do right now, and now it's time to embrace that routine with as much positive effort and attitude as possible. 

What does the routine look like?

Chores

There are a number of essential chores that are done each week to keep the routine positive and productive. Getting those chores done makes life more comfortable and pleasing.

Foods

It's time to establish a weekly menu with a variety of nutritious, delicious foods. A good weekly menu saves time, thought, and prep. 

Activities

Breaking up the monotony of a too-tight routine includes adding some seasonal activities that are enjoyable. 

Appointments

Scheduling appointments to fit the routine helps out too. 

Communication

Good communication patterns are advantageous.
