Everyone's time is valuable

We err when we think that one person's time is more valuable than another person's time. Everyone's time is valuable, and to acknowledge that is one way to respect others. How can we acknowledge and respect people's time?

Ask rather than tell

Rather than dictate in any way how someone uses their time, ask people what works for them. Give them a say about events and situations that involve time.

Simplify

Don't waste time with useless events and unecessarily consuming behaviors. Keep it simple.

Don't project

Let people tell you how they want to spend their time, don't project your thoughts on them.

Everyone's time is valuable. Respect that fact.
