Good work, actions, and thoughts

What do you do in your life that repeatedly results in positivity?

What do you to in your life that repeatedly or often results in  struggle?

To live a good live, you simply have to tip the balance towards positivity by ridding your life of that which harms, hurts, and limits you.

Of course, it is impossible to rid your life of all struggle, and in many ways, struggle is a good teacher leading us to betterment, but when it comes to repetition--we simply dig ourselves an uncomfortable hole is we continually repeat actions that lead us backwards rather than forward.

Too often those backwards, detrimental actions are integrated into our lives so tightly that we may not even recognize them, but careful analysis helps us to identify these actions--many of which are probably small and simple, but powerful due to the effect of the regular repetition at which they occur.

You can begin this journey, but identifying the small actions you do regularly that bring positivity to your life--those, in many ways, are easier to identify than the opposite and that's because those actions make us and those around us feel good and live well.

Then think about the repeated events that leave you with a sick feeling, discouragement, or pain, and figure out how to replace those actions with more positive promising action, decisions, and outlook.

One way to do this is to create a weekly happiness assessment--simply take the time to write down what you do and how you feel throughout the day. From that analysis you will see patterns that are positive versus patterns that are not. To understand your actions and feelings gives you the opportunity to better direct and live your life.

This is a strategy you can use with loved ones who are unhappy or unsure of their paths in life too.

Striving and embracing good work, thoughts, and actions leads us to living a more positive life. This is worth our time and intention. Onwards.
