What do we do about mindblocks?

 Like roadblocks, a mindblock stands in your mind halting your forward movement. I suppose you have the choice to remove the block, go around it, or over it to move ahead. I thought about this morning as a mindblock held me back and halted my movement in one arena. 

Identifying a mindblock

It's not too hard to identify a mind block because it is a thought that you persistently think about. The mindblock arises during both daytime and nighttime hours calling your attention. 

Studying the mindblock

As you might study a roadblock to decide what to do, you also have to study the mindblock. Where did it come from? Why is it there? What potential danger or even opportunity does it hold? How should you deal with it? 

Deconstruction

Next you figure out how to take that mindblock apart, and hopefully use the dissembled pieces for good if possible. 

Move along

After that you move along. It could be that you put the mindblock in a safe place to return to later. Or perhaps, you filtered those disassembled pieces into a number of positive places. And, maybe you even remade those pieces using the energy they hold for betterment.

Whatever the case, when mindblocks appear, you have to recognize them, study them, decide what to do, and then move along. It's a process we all encounter. Onward.
