My good energy was zapped this week. I let a few things get to me that deflated the good energy leaving me tired and frustrated. How can I prevent these energy zappers from happening in the future?

Too much drudgery and not enough pleasurable, enjoyable activity zaps your energy. Make sure that you make time for those activities in life that are enjoyable--that builds good energy.
Make time to thoughtfully organizze your life
Take time out to put things in order. Disarray is an energy zapper.
