Sometimes we can feel trampled. It's worse than walked all over, used, or ridiculed, because it makes you feel like you've been run over by a truck. When that happens, it's a sure sign for change. How do you deal with such an experience?
First, remove the "truck" from your chest--that could mean you need to get away for a day or two, take a vacation from an individual or an environment, or simply do something different than you've been doing.
Next, when you've had a break, consider the factors that led to that trampled feeling--what made it happen, and what led up to that point. See the trampled feeling as the sign that it is to make some changes, then make those changes.
After that, reposition yourself and your direction so you steer clear of that accident in the road. Perhaps you'll take another path, use another vehicle, or shore up your strength in some way to avoid being trampled again.
We'll all feel trampled from time to time, and if we see it as the sign it is for change and new direction, we can heed the signs and free ourselves from that noose. Onward.
