On Mondays I like to review the schedule past and schedule ahead. It's a time to make adjustments based on what I learned last week. Where were the successes and where were the losses? What did I learn?
Calendar
Having a good calendar helps, and putting almost everything you want to achieve on that calendar helps too. Sharing the calendar with those you live with, work with, and help is advantageous too.
Fun
You have to have some fun--make sure that's scheduled on your calendar.
Good food
It doesn't have to be fancy, but when your cabinet and fridge are filled with healthy, good food, you definitely eat better and feel better.
Good sleep
Getting a good sleep score and plenty of rest truly empowers you.
Know who is on your team
Make time to connect with those team members who empower and enrich your life--also make sure that you are doing what you can to empower and enrich others' lives in positive ways.
It won't be perfect
As they say, perfection is the enemy of good--there will be mistakes and mishaps every week--keep a flexible, positive attitude.
Do good
Every day do some good -- that adds up to a good life. That good can be to serve via your professional role, make a meal for someone, write a note, visit, give blood, babysit. . . . whatever good it is, make time for it.
Use words carefully
Words can truly harm and hurt others--use your words carefully and sparingly
Don't overthink
There will be issues and people in life that you don't understand--don't overthink it. In time, most people and issues make sense.
Be positive
Find and spread as much happiness as possible--positivity lifts us up.
