I had the opportunity to enjoy a day with a loved one today--together we engaged in activities that inspire us and comfort us. We had good conversations. There was a lot of mutual respect. It was a beautiful day. As I think about the value of the day, I am thinking about the culture I want to build, support, and contribute to. I want to be apart of a culture where people respect one another, support one another's lives and dreams, and help out when needed. I like a culture that is honest, reasonable, and collaboration; a culture marked by celebration, commitment, and the good work that creates betterment, and a culture that includes beautiful natural spaces, positive challenges, and good times together. Onward.
