Cooking at home is healthy and cost-effective too--you can make healthier food and spend less. This is a win-win, and the key to this healthy behavior is good planning.
As we move towards a more frugal and healthy lifestyle, I am thinking of ways that we can plan ahead to have lots of fun with healthy outdoor activiies and nutritous delicious foods.
To do this, in many ways, means replacing less healthy, more sedentary events with healthier, more active events.
I'll be thinking about how to do this in the days ahead.
