Focus on the good

 Some of us may have a tendency to focus on what can be better rather than what is good already. If you're like that, you have to coach yourself to focus on the good at hand and the good you can create. To appreciate the good and create the good makes life meaningful, enjoyable, worthwhile. 

What good exists in your life and what good do you have the potential to create?

The good you do doesn't have to be anything great, but small acts of kindness, support, and positivity are often as powerful as a grand gesture. 

The same is true for the good in your life. Often, that which we don't pay attention to that often makes up the best that we experience in our lives--those steady, good features and people in our lives are often the best that we know and enjoy. 

So today as I go about my tasks, I'll focus on the good. Onward.
