Updating life

 It's not uncommon to mindlessly repeat patterns in life. And, from time to time, it's a good idea to visit those patterns of behavior, language, and thought. What's working and what is not working? 

Conversations

We may fall into same patterns of conversations with others, and if we find relationships struggling, that could be due to language patterns that need an uplift. Do you always talk about the same thing, use crude language, complain, compete, or not listen very well? Make some time to pay attention to your conversations--how can you better what and how you talk with friends, loved ones, colleagues, and others? 

Routines

Do your routines need a change? Are your routines effective? Are there new ways to complete your chores to enrich life in positive ways.

Fun

Do you do the same old, same old for fun or do you mix it up. There's a big world out there, and sometimes we can get stuck doing the same things when there are lots of new places and activities to try out. 

Contribution

Do you spend time uplifting life for others in ways that you can? How can you contribute more in life? What can you do?
