Years ago I found myself making promises I couldn't keep. I was not as centered about my time and focused at that juncture. Lately, I found myself doing the same mostly because I wasn't taking the tasks at hand as seriously as I needed to. When we make promises we can't keep, we are often a bit off center with regard to the efforts that are truly taking our time and require our attention. I learned that lesson again and will be more careful about offering my time when it truly is not available. Onward.
