I reached into a former well of good ideas and effort to find that well dry. I was surprised that the well dried up so quickly, but clearly what I was looking for cannot be found there--it's time to move ahead of that former well of meaningful content, ideas and motivation. Honestly, I was relying on that well for a long, long time with success, but now it's time to move ahead which sets up a both daunting and exciting opportunity.
