What creates a dip in performance?

 Sometimes our performance in any area of life can dip--what causes those dips?

Exhaustion

Lack of sleep is often the cause of performance dips.

Unexpected personal strife

When unexpected, worrisome events occur in your personal sphere, that can create havoc with performance.

Lacking the essentials

When you don't have the essential items to feel good and do your best, your performance will dip--you have to make time to obtain what you need to work well. 

Unclear focus

When we're not sure where we are headed, we will likely not perform as well.  You have to make time to focus in on where you are and where you are going with detail to be able to perform well. 

Lack of recreation, enjoyment, fun

You have to make time to do what you love to do. If you don't other areas of your life will suffer including your performance. 

Health

Healthy routines lead to greater positive energy and that supports positive performance.
