Today I'll make a number of cookie boxes. It's great to combine lots of great ingredients to make many different kinds of cookies and then combine those cookies into boxes of the colorful treats. Too often, this has been a hurried affair, but today, I have good time to attend to the activity with care as I listen to holiday tunes. This year's boxes included Tollhouse chocolate chip cookies, Silver Palate's peanut butter cookies, and a Boston Globe gingerbead cookie recipe. It will be a sweet day!
