You can do it!

 The new year is always a time to consider the goals you worked towards in the year past. How did you do? What can you do better?

For me, I made a good dent on some personal goals, goals that I'll continue to strive for in the new year. I'll not take the bait to disregard these goals in favor of focusing on easier, more accessible events, but instead stay the course of the goals set, goals I've learned a lot about in the past year. 

How will I do that?

First, I'll adopt a positive routine.

Next, I'll connect with those who respect this path--people who are good supports for similar lifeways. 

And, I'll continue to learn strategies to help me out.

I'm feeling good about this direction. Let's see what happens.
