What I won't do

Sometimes when setting the course for what you will do, you also have to make a list of what you won't do. That doesn't mean you won't do those things forever, but for the time being, you decide it's best to not engage in those actions.

A good example of this is when you and your family members are saving up for something special. To save up, you may decide not to eat out, buy new clothes, go on a vacation or buy new furniture. You make a conscientious decision not to engage in activities in order to gain something important to you. Having a "don't do this list" can be as effective as having a positive routine or to-do list.

So as you think about your goals for the next six months, what won't you do in order to achieve what you desire?
