For each of us, the ingreidents of a very good day are different. What creates a very good day for you? How can you assess and identify that?
When you have a very good day, take the time to assess what made that day extra special. Think deeply about each activity and aspect of that day--what was the meaning of each event, who was present, how did you feel?
Recently I had a very good day. It was a suprisingly rather humdrum day, but a wonderful day nonetheless. A day that revealed a lot about who I am and what I love.
Good food
The day included good food. Not fancy food, but simple, healthy, tasty food--the kind that leaves you feeling good.
Positive activity
Simple, enjoyable, healthy activity makes a good day. Activity without undue stress and activity that makes you feel good.
Good people
Spending your day with good people--the kind of people that like to be with you, enjoy your company and share in your life interests.
Good energy
Having good, positive energy makes a good day too.
Too often we think that a good day has to include all kinds of fancy elements when in reality our best days are often the simplest days we have. Onward.
