Dreams do come true if you work for them

Dreams do come true if you work for them. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. But dreams don't magically come true. Instead there are a number of steps to take to make those dreams come true.

Make time to dream

In our fast-paced culture, dreaming is sometimes looked down upon. Many people don't respect the time and space it takes to dream. Yet without making the time and space to dream, it's unlikely that your dreams will come true.

So make time and space to dream. There's lots of ways to do this. Find a bright corner of your home or favorite nature space to relax and dream. Dream with your imagination alone or dream by writing, drawing, creating, dancing, singing, or engaging in nature. Let your mind be free and imagine anything you want--don't restrict your imagination during dream time, but instead dream as if anything is possible.

Once you arrive at your dream-list, then begin detailing those dreams specifically. The more specific you are about your dream, the more likely you'll arrive at that dream destination in life.

List what you need to achieve your dream

Once you've detailed your dream, make a list of what you'll need to achieve that dream. For example, today, I'm going to detail a health dream I have. I will list all that I need to make that dream come true.

Make an action plan

Then make an action plan that outlines what you'll do to achieve your dream. As with the dream itself, the more detailed you can be about your action plan, the more likely you'll complete the necessary steps.

Regularly review and revise

Few to no dreams will come easy. Instead you'll have to regularly review and revise your dream details, what you'll need, and how you'll get there.

Making time to dream is necessary when it comes to good living--this is one way to achieve who you most want to be and what you most want to do in life. Onward.
