Some of us see a lot more than we can do--this ability to see ahead and imagine possibilities is a great gift, but a gift that can be frustrating at times.
When you view life like this, you have a few choices. First, you can find ways to work for the great vision you have. Some who end up creating and leading big organizations and initiatives do that. You can also prioritize the vision you see, and work for the areas you prioritize as most important and leave other areas for another time or other people. You may give away some of your vision too by lending the ideas and perspective to people who may make that vision come alive. So, when you see a lot in life, choose how you'll deal with that.
Then start working on that vision by doing what you can do. Don't despair that you can't do it all, but instead be grateful for that which you can do. For example today I worked a full day towards a vision for good living that I have. When I ended the day, I was a bit frustrated since there was clearly more I could have done, yet by the end of the day, other needs were calling my attention so I had to leave the first job to do the second one. This is when I remind myself that no one is super human, and the best we can do is our best.
Seeing more than you can do means you have vision, and with vision, it's important to make good choices about how you'll begin working to achieve the good tomorrow you can imagine. Onward.
