When people are low, they may quickly blame others rather than seeking the full picture with regard to their sadness or dismay. Rarely is one person to blame for your sadness or heartache, but it is possible that one person may have played a big role in the situation.
We all have to be careful about simply blaming others for our bad or sad times. Instead it's good to analyze the whole situation to understand the roots of the tough times and feelings well. Once we understand well what's happening, we'll be prepared to deal with the people that are playing a role in the situation. When we understand well, we'll be able to tell those people how they can help us more or hurt us less. Or we may simply decide to distance ourselves from those people for some time or possibly forever depending on the severity of the situation.
Coaching people to move from the blame game to better understanding situations in their entirety is a good way to move ahead in life. We can all do this.
