When we speak with empathy, compassion, no judgement, and a will to understand and support others, we contribute to loving communities. On the other hand when we speak with too much criticism, anger, and judgement, our words create more harm than good.
Yet, often we'll talk with others in an effort to make sense of challenging situations. At times like these, it may be difficult to avoid critique and judgement, but it's possible to analyze situations with care rather than hurtful judgement and critique.
