When it's time to change the plans

Yesterday as I went about my plans, I realized that it's time to revise the plans that have been working and in place for a long time. A quick review of circumstances made the need for change evident. When this happens, my first reaction is frustration and worry since new plans require time, change, and energy, yet this is the way of life. We do what we believe is right and good, and then there comes a time when we have to revise, so we revise and then follow that routine for a while until that plan doesn't work anymore.

Typically a change in routine requires a considerable time investment up front. You have to motivate yourself to do the good work to make the needed changes. So that's what I'll do--I'll outline the changes needed, and then get to work transitioning. This will serve me and those I work with well. Onward.
