I thought about this today as I realized that our garden has become a focal point of our lives--we love the beauty the garden brings to our yard, deck, and inside our home, and we love the nutritious, delicious veggies and herbs we harvest from the garden. There's a lot of learning too as a garden is such a wonderful living metaphor for life--as I garden I learn a lot of life lessons.
Like all creative endeavor the garden requires research, planning, trial-and-error, and reflection. The garden is always morphing and changing dependent on countless factors including the weather, our schedules, available energy, and growing knowledge.
