Goal Days--What helps, what hurts?

 When you're headed towards a goal, what advances your journey and what holds you back? It's good to take time to consider these factors as knowing what works and what doesn't definitely helps you to achieve your goal. 

Goal companions

It definitely helps you achieve a goal if you have good goal companions--the kind of people that join you in positive ways as you approach your goal. I have a few of these companions and they are always working with me on the many goals I have. Value these companions and make time to be with them. 

Goal schedule

Keeping a positive and not-too-aggressive schedule that moves you in the direction of your goal helps too. Stick to the schedule and plan around it. 

Goal energy

Don't use up all your energy on other matters, save good energy for the goals you want to meet. 

Short term goal

Staircase your goals with one achievable goal after another rather than a steep climb towards one aggressive goal. Work for one realistic goal after another.
