It's easy for change-your-mind often dreamers like me to get stuck in a tangle of plans, ideas, or events--our minds move quickly as we entertain the many possibilities available and sometimes that quickness turns into a big, tangled mess. I remember when this happend to me many years ago. I had an ideal in mind, and when a new event occurred, I jumped too quickly to integrate the details thus creating an uncomfortable mess. I have to be weary of this in the midst of life's many, varied events. Slow down. Take your time. Observe. Listen. There's no need to rush.
While it's best to avoid becoming tangled, that does happen from time to time, and we have to then work to untangle ourselves without creating too much damage. Step by step we have to remove the layers that trap us and as painlessly as possible become free. How do we do that?
First, I suppose, it's good to acknowledge the tangle and perhaps why it happened.
Next, remove the layers possible to free yourself and others if they are tangled with you.
Assess why the tangle happened in the first place, and next time take a different route to whatever situation the tangle eminated from in the first place.
We will get tangled from time to time. That happens, and when it happens, hopefully learn to avoid that knd of tangle in the future. Onward.
