It's good to reflect on your most recent learning and how that has helped you. This weekend I applied some new learning and it left me a lot more relaxed than in the past. That new learning was positive. There was some new learning I didn't apply, and that left me less relaxed and happy demonstrating that I want to apply that new learning in the days ahead.
We're always learning, and practicing our new learning helps us to make the changes we want to make in life. Onward.
