Know your health stats

 A friend unexpectedly had to go to the hospital. She allowed me to take a close look at her online health stats which gave me a picture of her overall condition. That led me to re-look at my own health stats which reminded me that we should all take our health stats seriously as they indicate where we are strong and where we have potential issues going forward. 

As I studied my own health stats, I clearly noted areas where I can be healthier in order to avoid the kind of risks that send you to the hospital unexpectedly. After I studied my own health stats, I took a close look at my husband's which showed that we can make some household changes to in order to boost our health. 

Now, just like a baseball player who is continuously trying to improve their stats, I'm starting a campaign to improve my health stats before my next doctor's appointment in a few months. There's no secret as to how to do this, but the work requires discipline and attention to detail.
